Description
* We have received reports that bulk carrier BULK CROATIA, (IMO: 9875020), collided with a convoy of barges near the port of San Nicolas, Argentina, on the Parana River, on 23 June 2024.
* It is reported that BULK CROATIA grounded and sustained a breach of its hull above the waterline as a result of the collision and later moved to anchor at San Nicolas anchorage for inspection.
* It is possible that General Average may arise as a result of this casualty.
* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
