Description
* We have received reports that containership, JOLLY ROSA (IMO: 9484534) experienced a machinery failure in a position approximately 56 nautical miles south of Kriti, Greece on 25 August 2024.
* It is reported that the vessel is currently under tow by tug towards Valletta, Malta for inspection, and possibly, repairs.
* It is possible that General Average/Salvage and associated Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.
