Description
* It has been widely reported that three significant wildfires have been burning in the Palisades, Eaton and Hurst areas of Los Angeles County, California since 7 January 2025. The fires are continuing to burn as a consequence of high winds being experienced in the region.
* The fires are currently reported to have affected over 40,000 acres of land and more than 12,300 properties are reported to have been destroyed by the fires.
* Whilst is not thought that the fires have yet affected any substantial warehouse or storage locations, cargo / stock losses may arise as a result of fire damage to factories or other storage facilities located within or close to the affected areas.
