Description
* We have received reports that bulk carrier CHANG MIN (IMO: 9622801) experienced a fire in a cargo hold during unloading operations at Apapa Port, Lagos, Nigeria, on 20 June 2025.
* It is reported that the fire was later extinguished by the crew with the assistance of the local fire service.
* Cargo stowed on board is reported to include CNG-powered trucks, wooden products and tyres.
* It is possible that GA and Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.
